Chase Whitten was raised in the mountains of West Virginia, and as a twelve-year-old boy came to know Christ as his Savior. As a young man, he became an accomplished motocross racer but knew that God had something more for him. In 2007 he surrendered his life to the Lord and enrolled at Crown College. Chase married his lovely wife Joy in 2012 and God has blessed them with two children, Ruby and William.

The Whittens first served on the mission field in Brighton, England. In recent years the Lord has used Chase both on a church staff and as a pastor. In every God-given assignment, his passion has been to preach the gospel and point others to Christ. Chase has been involved in church plants, Gospel crusades, revival meetings, children’s and youth events, and pulpit supply. He is a faithful Bible preacher, a servant of the church, and a great encouragement to pastors.

Chase and Joy make their home in West Virginia and are sent out of the Cranberry Baptist Church in Beckley. He serves as an associate evangelist with Enjoying the Journey and is a vital part of this Gospel preaching and Bible teaching ministry.
