I have just returned home from several meetings. The Lord is blessing and we are grateful to be in His work. Over the last few days we have heard from so many precious people and have been reminded that we have faithful friends praying in many places. Thank you.

Every three months we send out a special update regarding our family and the ministry God has given us. This quarterly newsletter is a good way for us to communicate blessings, prayer requests, and personal news to prayer partners and supporters.

Our first quarter update for 2017 was just published this week. If you have not received it you may access it here. I hope it will be an encouragement to you as you pray for souls and for revival.

To receive future updates as an email please sign up here and we will add you to our mailing list! Thank you for being our friends.

Journey Through Zephaniah

In Israel, the almond tree is a herald of spring, since it is the first tree to blossom. What is the Significance of Almonds in the Bible? Almond blossoms with the ruins of ancient Shiloh in the background. Almonds were among the gifts that Jacob sent with his sons to give to the ruler of Egypt, whom he later learned was his lost son Joseph. Bethel, the house of God, was previously called Luz, another word for almond. The word luz is still used by Arabs and Kurdish Jews for almonds. Photo by John Buckner

I have the greatest respect for ministry staff members who come alongside the pastor for one purpose: to help the pastor as he leads the church under God.
