We are very grateful to have our daily Enjoying The Journey broadcast being broadcast on a number of traditional and online radio stations. (For a full list visit enjoyingthejourney.org/broadcast.) We have heard from many who are journeying with us through the Scriptures. New stations are being added as the Lord opens doors.

I am happy to announce that our daily programs are now being aired on Crown Radio (crownradio.org). This online station is a ministry of the Temple Baptist Church and The Crown College in Powell, TN where I had the joy of serving for so many years. You will be blessed by their conservative, Christian music and programming.

Enjoying The Journey may be listened to Monday-Friday at 9 a.m. and 9 p.m. I hope you will take time to listen in today and share with a friend. It is a joy to study the Word of God together!

Moses Seat found in an ancient synagogue in Chorazin, in Galilee. The seat was located just inside the door of the synagogue and bears an Aramaic inscription with the name of the donor Yudan, the son of Yishmael who paid for building of the seat and its platform. (The seat pictured here is a replica placed where the original was found. The original is now in the Israel Museum.) Photo by John Buckner. Among other finds, the researchers found a synagogue built from the local volcanic basalt stones. Inside the synagogue, beside the ark where the biblical scrolls were stored, was a seat. It has been identified by many scholars as Moses’ Seat. Although it dates to after the time of Christ, this find is a remarkable fusion of biblical text and archeology. It illuminates the words of Matthew and shows us the custom He referenced.
