God is at work all over our world. When He declared that “evil men and seducers shall wax worse and worse” He did not say that He would do less and less! In perilous times His power is still active.
It has been a thrill to see the Lord’s hand in so many places in recent weeks. I am writing this update in the Toronto International Airport. My heart has been so encouraged over the last few days to witness the beautiful work of the Holy Spirit!
On this trip to Canada I have been reminded again of the power of the gospel and the need for revival. Several hundred men gathered here in Ontario to seek the Lord. There is a hunger for God and His Word. Yesterday I was in North Bay with a young man who is pioneering a work for the Lord in a tough place. What joy! Several came to Christ and it is evident that God is building His church in that city.
Yes, the spiritual conflict is strong! But remember that the battle is always fiercest just before it is finished. Our Christ is coming! Our time is short! “I must work the works of him that sent me, while it is day: the night cometh, when no man can work” (John 9:4).
I am praying that you will work the works of God where you are today. May God use you for the furtherance of His kingdom. Please pray for us as we carry on the work God has given us in these places…
