Will You Join Us On the Journey? December 30, 2017

Listen To The Broadcast

Six years ago this month I began writing on our blog. At the time God led me to call it Enjoying the Journey. (You may read more about why I chose that name here.)

Now, on the threshold of a new year, we are taking another step on that journey. We are launching a daily podcast. There is nothing I enjoy more than teaching and preaching the Word of God, and now we have the opportunity to spread that message to many more people.

The Enjoying the Journey podcast will be available Monday-Friday. It is a 10 minute Bible message that I am praying the Lord will use. In the first episodes we begin with a study of my favorite book of the Bible, the New Testament book of Philippians. This book of Christ’s joy will help us to understand the basic principles of the joyful Christian life.

Will you join me on this journey?

There are 3 ways you can be a fellow traveler with me…

  1. Pray! Please pray with me that God will give favor and fruit. Spiritual results are only possible by the Holy Spirit.
  2. Subscribe! The podcast is available at enjoyingthejourney.org/broadcast. You may subscribe with the iTunes link for MAC or the RSS feed for Microsoft and Android users. You may also bookmark our page if you would prefer to use the daily player to listen to the current episode.
  3. Share! Help us share the news and encourage others to join us for our study of the Word of God. Several local and online radio stations have picked up the program. If you are aware of other stations that are interested please let us know.

My prayer is that God will use His Word in this way to advance the gospel and glorify the Lord Jesus.

Thank you for your encouragement and friendship. May the Lord help you to enjoy the journey with Jesus in the coming year.
