Today we finish our “Journey Through Scripture” podcast series. So many of you have let us know that you have been making the journey with us and have helped to share it with others. Thank you.

Tomorrow we are releasing an episode that is a special word to our listeners. This informal conversation is the only weekend broadcast we have ever done. It is an epilogue of sorts with a special resource that I am excited to make available. I know it is Saturday, but would you take the time to listen?

You can find all of the podcasts archived and listen to the new one at enjoyingthejourney.org/broadcast.

Those who participate will be able to receive a ready reference tool that you can put in your Bible for personal Bible study along with a download of a special message that has not been aired. God is so good to allow us to study the Word of God together. I am truly grateful for your interest and support.

The journey continues next week with a brand new series! God’s Word is so wonderfully rich. May the Lord bless you as you study and apply it.

Enjoying the Journey,

The King Herod who built the Herodium is the same Herod who tried to kill Jesus, and ordered the slaughter of the babies in nearby Bethlehem. He knew his subjects hated him, so before he died, he provided for his tomb to be guarded after his death. After a couple of years, the money ran out so the guards went home. The vengeful locals trashed his palace and smashed his ornate mausoleum to tiny pieces.

    Dear Brother Pauley,
I have enjoyed “A Journey Through Scripture” series of podcasts and I am interested in obtaining both of the resources you previously mentioned for this series. The daily Bible reading plan and the ready reference tool. How can I obtain those references? I am a home group leader at my church and would love to take my group through all 66 books of the Bible.
    May God richly bless you,
    Jeff Pierce
