I am not discouraged. Yes, I have watched the news in recent days and have been saddened by the state of affairs in our nation. But God’s people should not be in despair! At the darkest moments in history the Lord has brought the greatest spiritual breakthroughs. We may very well be standing on the verge of a revival in our generation.

People are desperate. Hearts are hurting. The best plans and ideas have failed. And that is exactly where we have to come to if we expect to see God at work. The end of us is the beginning of Him.

God’s army can only advance on its knees, and this is the time for sincere believers to get serious about prayer.

Today is the day that we release the new book, Revival Praying. This project grew out of the quarantine period that we providentially have been in this year. It is the burden of my heart and filled with lessons that God is teaching me. I hope each of you will get a copy for yourself and, more importantly, I pray that it will stir you to seek the Lord in a renewed way.

Many of you have expressed your interest in the book and we are very grateful. It would be a joy to hear from you once you have read Revival Praying and to know how it has spoken to you. Here is how you can get your copy…

Download the e-book today!

You may find Revival Praying on your iBooks app for iPad or iPhone or on Kindle by Amazon. The digital version of the book is being made available at no cost with the prayer that as many people as possible will have access to it. If the book is a blessing to you and you would be willing to make a donation to help us further it to others you may do so here. Thank you in advance for helping us get the message out. May God use it for His own glory.

Within the text, John opens and closes his thoughts with the idea of "believeth." Sandwiched between are details concerning being "born of God"; conversion, compassion, conduct, and conquest. These details give clarity to three aspects of the Christian life: faith, love, and obedience. When present, they testify to the validity that one has been "born of God."

The word for wilderness is “meedbar,” (מדבר). This word is spelled exactly the same in the Hebrew text as “he speaks, or I speak.” He speaks/I speak is written the same (מדבר) but pronounced differently “meh-dah-ber.” Ancient readers of the Hebrew Bible saw these words and linked them in their minds. Therefore, the wilderness must be the place where He speaks to you. The spectacular cliffs of Sede Boger in the south of Israel near Beersheba. It has been identified by some scholars with the Wilderness of Zin, which is mentioned in several places in Numbers and Deuteronomy. It is a popular destination for modern hikers and climbers. Looking forward to reading it. We have had such a sweet sweet spirit at our church. Stanaford Missionary Baptist Church. God is getting ready to move in a mighty way in our church and our lands.
